    I do not live very close but have been a few times when I stay with my friend in Ottershaw. This morning I decided to go again from home. What a lovely shop good prices and the staff are amazing out of happy helpful and knowledgeable staff I actually think it’s worth the extra minutes to go there. I will be back often. Thank you Asda Sheerwater you are the best

    The girls that usually hang around the tills are extremely rude and unprofessional. My mom tried to make a purchase from the Kiosk but there was no one there, while three of this girls were just hanging around clearly not busy. When they saw my mom approaching asking for help all three of them turned around laughing. I don’t think this is nice or appropriate behaviour. Meanwhile another member of staff named Iuliana came from her break and helped us. Do better Asda in hiring your customer service team, you are losing valuable customers.
